Barbados Beaches: North Coast Beaches

The northern coast of Barbados is known for its panoramic and breathtaking views!

Here you will find quiet, private coves and bays... areas of respite from the huge waves that crash onto ragged cliffs - throwing mist and foam into the air!

This part of the island is not generally recommended for swimming or sea bathing but there are some bays where swimming at low tide is quite safe. Never swim alone here and, if possible, swim with someone who knows the area well.
