The master bedroom downstairs has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and is to the right of the kitchen. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the kitchen and share a bathroom with a shower/tub.

Upstairs is similar to the downstairs apartment with the exception that the living and dining areas are configured slightly differently. The living room is across from the kitchen while the dining room is on the other side.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and A/C. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer in each apartment.
